Heathen: "Do the people who design your hotels ever stay in hotels?"
Front Desk: "I don't know, sir, but I'm getting this a lot, so I'm starting to think no."

I used to work with Marriott architects and yes, they are idiots. They are the same ones that went to a blue color scheme (which I liked) but added cool compact fluorescent lamps and made the whole thing feel like a dentist office.
