It is legal in Texas to shoot a proud bitch if she’s standing in your yard. Now, from what I understand, the intent is to control the feral dog population by doing away with the females in heat, but I’m thinking that it may be time to test legal semantics. I, of course, would be more than happy to shoot a Randroid, but as chance would have it I went on a bender with some buddies a few years back, and we poached them into extinction in the greater Dallas area; therefore, the legal precedent will have to be set in Houston or its environs.
