I would expect that under Romney, one way or the other, we’d get more of what FEMA promises yet often fails to deliver for less, but considering the legendary waste, inefficiency, and inefficacy of FEMA and other intrinsically dysfunctional bureaucracies like it, that wouldn’t be a terribly towering accomplishment.
If that’s what you think about Romney’s vision for FEMA, you’re not paying attention at all.
