Hint: Nobody bats 1.000.
I am not sure how this avg is calculated, but there have been around 5 domestic terrorist attacks since 9/11 that have been linked to or claimed to be in the name of islam. Doubt that taking your shoes off helped in those cases but I think the guy who tried to light his sneaker bomb and failed had more impact on the war against the US than the various gunmen in LA, Tenn, and Tx.
