Seriously, check this out. You do not try to argue with the nutbird fringe; as someone once said, you cannot reason someone out of a position they didn’t reason themselves into.
Anyway, when asked why he (Frank) was supporting Obama’s “Nazi” policies on health care, Frank gave both barrels:
“M’am, trying to have a conversation with you would be like arguing with a dining room table. I have no interest in doing it.”
So far, Barney is about the only member of congress that has handled the bomb-thrower types in the manner they deserve. I’m generally not in favor of any further government dabbling in my industry, considering the mess medicare and medicaid has become, but the right is truly clueless. Some sort of tort and insurance reform is an absolute must, and the town-hall spectacles we are being fed aren’t going to help anybody.
