The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996, with Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson) is a GREAT Christmas movie.

i will not be taking questions at this time, but I will point out it was directed by Shane Black, who also directed several other fun movies of note (Lethal Weapon, The Last Boy Scout, The Predator) and did uncredited script work on The Hunt for Red October.
