The Washington Post has been reduced to trolling. That’s the only description that sticks for me.
The whole “teach the controversy” / “every issue has two sides” bullshit is absolute poison to our national discourse, and represents a complete abdication of what journalism should be doing.
Only in an environment (almost) completely devoid of real journalism could a comedian like Jon Stewart become a Peabody-award-winning broadcaster.
