I’m pretty sure when you “design[] and fabricate[] [your] own tig-welded frame, install[] a thoroughly massaged 351 cubic inch V8 with a ZF-25 5-speed transmission, hand-form[] the aluminum body over a meticulously measured and accurate body form . . .” it moves from building a “kit” car to actually manufacturing a car. I’m very impressed.
